Cancellation and Refund Policy

Contractor - EasyStaff UAB, registered in Lithuania, reg. number 305643163.
Customer - Legal entity, registered in any country that wants to work with the Contractor and a Freelancer.
Freelancer - a subcontractor, acting independently, that wants to use EasyStaff service.

  1. The works and services shall be deemed as duly, timely and in a quality manner performed, rendered and accepted by the Customer without any claims after receiving Invoice under the Services, which means fund approval by the Contractor and sending remuneration to the Freelancer’s balance.
  2. Due to point 1 Customer doesn’t have the right to cancel accepted works and services and claim the refund.
  3. Contractor has the right to cancel works and services and fully refund the Gross price of the service to the Customer in case of inability to pay in favor of Freelancer. 
  4. Customer has the right to fully refund not approved funds with written inquiry to [email protected].
