How do I register as a customer?
Go to the Freelance Marketplace and click Log in. Enter your name, surname, email, and create a password or log in via Google. Confirm your email by clicking the link sent to your inbox.

How do I create a task?
Click “Create New Task” in My Tasks or the Freelancer’s Board section. Fill in all necessary details and publish the task. You can also invite a specific freelancer by clicking “Invite to join a task” on their profile.

How can I find a freelancer?
Browse the Freelancer Board and use filters to find the right professional. Open a Freelancer’s Card to view their profile, portfolio, and reviews. If you find a suitable candidate, send them an invitation to join your task.

How do I make a payment?
After discussing the task details, click “Pay” to proceed. Choose from available payment methods, including Stripe, PayPal, or Bank Transfer. The funds will be securely held until you accept the task results.

Once the freelancer submits the completed work, review the results. If everything meets your expectations, click Accept to release the payment. If changes are needed, request Revisions before final approval.
