Create your account
Register on the platform and wait for your profile to be verified – no more than 24 hours on business days.

Fill out your profile
Describe your skills, experience, and qualifications, and upload your portfolio. Choose your service category and payment currency. Create a personal URL and publish your profile on the platform.

Find projects
Sometimes clients contact freelancers directly. More often, clients simply post projects on the marketplace and wait for applicants.

Receive payment
Once the client accepts your work, the money will appear in your account balance. You can then withdraw it using any convenient method.

How do I set up an EasyStaff Connect profile?
Register and verify your account in EasyStaff Invoice, then set up your EasyStaff Connect profile. Once done, find a customer and start working.

How do I get paid?
To receive payments, register in EasyStaff Invoice and create a public profile.
1. Copy your payment link in My Profile → Public Settings and share it with your customer.
2. Customer creates a task, which appears in My Tasks.
3. Accept the task once the customer makes a payment.
4. Start working after confirming the payment.
5. Submit the completed work and wait for customer approval.
Payment is credited once the customer accepts the work using the Accept button. -
What fees does EasyStaff Connect charge?
Freelancers cover service fees, while customers pay only the task amount.
• Service Fee:
• 3% for bank transfer payments.
• 6.25% for EUR payments via card/PayPal.
• 8.25% for USD payments via card/PayPal.
• Payout Fee:
• MC/VISA: 1.5% + 0.5 EUR/USD.
• SEPA: Free.
• SWIFT: €15.00/$15.00.
• USDT (TRC-20): 2% + €5.00/$5.00. -
What are the transfer limits?
For individual customers:
• €10–3,000 per task via bank card (max 3 tasks per day per card).
• €1,000+ per task via bank transfer.
For legal entities:
• Payments from legal entities are not yet supported but can be processed via invoice creation.
