EasyStaff Connect is the freelance marketplace that specializes in remote digital jobs. These jobs include roles such as developers, marketologists, designers, UX/UI researchers, product managers, and others. Over 25 profession filters are available in the marketplace to help companies quickly find a candidate for a remote position with the necessary qualifications, a good rating, and reviews.

The service has a feature allowing to pay freelancers immediately within the task window. To facilitate this, the Stripe secure internet payment system has been integrated. In addition, payment by requisites is also available. Freelancers can receive payments in dollars and euros, and withdraw money to almost any bank card thanks to the seamless integration with EasyStaff Invoice.

To ensure a secure transaction, EasyStaff Connect acts as an escrow mechanism. At the beginning of a collaboration, the client makes a payment for the task, which is held by EasyStaff Connect. This payment serves as a guarantee to the freelancer that their work will be paid once it is accepted. The entire process of working on the task is transparent and displayed on the task’s status bar. Once the freelancer completes the work, they attach it as a PDF file or a link to a cloud document. The client then accepts the completed work or requests corrections if necessary. The payment for the completed work is immediately available in the freelancer’s account for withdrawal.

In case of disagreements over the results of the work, freelancers or clients can appeal to arbitration. EasyStaff Connect support service will carefully study the problem, request the necessary information, and decide on project payment or refund.
