Supporting documents  

As supporting documents, we provide invoices for the withdrawal amount and a service agreement between you and our company.

Invoices are generated after the client has accepted your work and the task status in the Tasks tab has changed to Accepted.

The invoices contain the following information:

• recipient details
• sender details
• invoice number and date
• service category
• amount in the payout currency
• as well as your payout method specified in My profile → Payout details.

You can download the invoices in the Operations tab under the Income section.

The offer agreement is accepted when you create your profile and is generated in your personal account under the My Profile tab after the client creates the first task for you. To download it, click on the “Signed” label. You can review the text of the agreement at the following link.
