Registration and creating a company profile

To make a payment as an individual or a legal entity, you need to register in the service and create a sender profile.

Please register for EasyStaff Payroll using the link. Select Sign up and the I am a Business role. After completing the registration form and confirming your email, log in and create your company profile.

Create a company profile under the My companies → Add new tab.

To top up your balance as a legal entity/individual entrepreneur (IE), please fill in the fields as follows:

Company name — the name of your company or individual entrepreneurship

Tax ID — tax ID number. If you don’t have one, please enter 0

Registration ID — company registration number

Country of incorporation — country of company registration

Company full address — registered company address, including city, postal code, street, and building number

Ultimate beneficial owner — company owner

Beneficial owner country of residence — country of residence of the company owner

If you plan to make payments as an individual, please fill in the following fields differently:

Company name — your full name in Latin letters

Tax ID — 0

Registration ID — passport or ID number

After creating your company profile, please fill out a brief questionnaire by clicking on Complete the survey. This will help us prepare a personalized offer for you.

Our manager will then contact you to provide a detailed consultation on the tariff plans and answer any questions you may have. You are also welcome to contact the manager directly by writing to hi@easystaff.io.

Please note that you can edit your company’s details until the contract is signed. The manager will send the contract to the email address you provided during registration.
In the email, click Review & Sign to read the contract. Then click on the signature field → Finish to sign the contract and start working.

Please note that you will not be able to make payments to contractors until the contract is signed.

After signing, the contract will be automatically uploaded to your personal account under the My companies tab for the respective company. To download it, click on the Signed label.

Default plan: FIX. To change your plan, please contact your account manager or email us at hi@easystaff.io.

On the FIX plan, you can limit payout methods for contractors.

To do this, go to the settings of the relevant company and choose the payout methods you wish to disable.

Important:
This restriction will apply to all contractors of that company.

    Hi, I’m planning to pay contractors as a sole proprietor, what should I fill at Registration ID — company registration number?

      Thank you for your question. If you are planning to pay contractors as a sole proprietor, please enter your company (sole proprietorship) registration number in the Registration ID field.
