Please note before creating a conversion request.
The task currency must match the withdrawal currency specified by the contractor.
If your contractor withdraws funds to a Russian bank card or account, you must create tasks in RUB currency
If your contractor withdraws funds in cryptocurrency, you need to create tasks in USD currency
If your contractor withdraws funds to a bank account (not Russian Federation) or PayPal, you must create tasks in EUR/USD currency
Exchange request

On the Currency exchange → Exchange rates tab, you can view the current exchange rates.

To make a currency conversion, please create a request under the Currency exchange tab → New Exchange.

Fill out the opened form to request a conversion:
Please select the company on whose behalf you are creating the exchange request.
If you want to sell a specific amount, select the type FixSell.
Specify the currency to be sold in the field I want to sell and enter the amount to be sold in the field Amount to sell.
Then specify the currency to be purchased in the field I want to buy.
If you want to buy a specific amount, select the type FixBuy.
Specify the currency to be purchased in the field I want to buy and enter the purchase amount in the field Amount to buy.
Then specify the currency to be sold in the field I want to sell.

EUR ⇄ USD
The exchange process and rate for EUR ⇄ USD
The EUR ⇄ USD currency exchange is performed at the market rate.
After clicking the Get rates button, you will see the current rate at the time the request is created. The rate will be fixed for 5 minutes.
If the rate is acceptable to you, click Confirm exchange. After 5 minutes, you will need to get a new rate.
The exchange will be executed immediately after clicking the Confirm exchange button.
EUR/USD → UAH
The exchange process and rate EUR/USD → UAH
The EUR/USD ⇄ UAH currency exchange is performed at the rate available at:
https:/ /www.xe.com/
The conversion is processed by the finance department from Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 19:00 (UTC+3).
EUR/USD → RUB
The exchange process and rate EUR/USD → RUB
The EUR/USD → RUB currency conversion is performed at the internal EasyStaff Payroll rate — this is the actual RUB purchase rate from our transaction processing partner.
After clicking the Get rates button, you will see the current rate at the time the request is created. The rate will be fixed for 1 minute.
If the rate is acceptable to you, click Confirm exchange. After 1 minute, you will need to get a new rate.
The exchange will be executed immediately after clicking the Confirm exchange button.
Creating a request for manual currency exchange
If, after clicking the Confirm exchange button, you see a message indicating that the exchange cannot be processed automatically, you have the following options:
- Reduce the amount to the one allowed for exchange, if specified in the error message;
- Create a request for automatic exchange of the full amount at a later time;
- Create a request for manual currency conversion. Manual requests are processed by our finance department Monday to Friday, from 10:00 to 19:00 (UTC+3).
Please note: in the case of a manual exchange, the rate may differ from the one shown in the error message. The final exchange rate will be displayed after the operation is completed, in the Rate column on the Currency exchange tab

The RUB → EUR/USD/UAH currency exchange is performed at the rate available at:
