All payments are sent within 1-3 business days of the task status changing to Accepted. Withdrawal to a bank account may take 3–5 business days, excluding the day of transfer.
By default, two currencies are added to your profile under the My Profile tab. You can add UAH by clicking Add new currency in the Payout details section.
Important notice
- Please make sure that the details in your EasyStaff Payroll profile match those of the account owner specified for receiving payments.
- Each crypto wallet address, PayPal or bank account can only be linked to one user within the service.
- The withdrawal currency must match the currency of the task assigned to you.
If these conditions are not met, the payment may be declined.
In the Payout details section you can specify the Main and Secondary withdrawal methods in the currency in which you will receive payments. We will send the payment using the details from Main method. In case of unsuccessful transaction, we reserve the right to send to the Secondary method. Please make sure that all the specified withdrawal methods are up to date.
Click Edit, specify Payout method and fill in the fields that open.

IMPORTANT NOTICE:
- Before processing your payment, the finance department will check your wallet in the system for compliance with security standards. If the risk level is exceeded, you will receive a notification asking you to replace your wallet.
- There will be a 1-day hold on the balance before the first withdrawal to a crypto wallet.
- In case your customer has a contract with EasyStaff UAB, you must undergo residential address verification.

WHY DIDN’T I RECEIVE THE PAYMENT
All payments are sent within 1-3 business days from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. UTC+3
Please note that we do not store funds on the freelancer’s balance. If the status of the task is Accepted, but you have not received the payment within 3 business days, then check your email, most likely that our support team has already sent the information to the email.
The reasons for the delay may be as follows:
- the profile on the My profile tab is filled in incorrectly
- payment details are not specified on the My profile -> Payout details tab
- the specified withdrawal details do not match the data in My profile tab
- there was a question or issue related to payment details
- you need to complete your profile verification
