Payment processing timeline:
- For automatic withdrawals, the payment is sent within 1–3 business days after the task status changes to Accepted.
- For manual withdrawals, the payment is sent within 1–3 business days after clicking the Withdraw button.
Bank transfer withdrawals may take 3–5 business days, excluding the day the payment is sent.
By default, two currencies are added to your profile under the My Profile tab.
Important notice
- Please make sure that the details in your EasyStaff Payroll profile match those of the account owner specified for receiving payments.
- Each crypto wallet address, PayPal or bank account can only be linked to one user within the service.
- The withdrawal currency must match the currency of the task assigned to you.
If these conditions are not met, the payment may be declined.
In the Payout details section, you can specify a primary (Main) and backup (Secondary) withdrawal method in the currency in which you will receive payments. If you have automatic withdrawal mode enabled, we will send the payment using the details from your Main method. If the transaction fails, we reserve the right to send the payment to your Secondary method. Please ensure that all specified withdrawal methods are up to date.
Click Edit, specify Payout method and fill in the fields that open.
Please note:
You will be able to add payment details after your profile is linked to the company. If, when adding a payout method in the Payout details section, you see the following notification, please provide the customer with the email address you used to register for the EasyStaff Payroll service.

IMPORTANT NOTICE:
- Before processing your payment, the finance department will check your wallet in the system for compliance with security standards. If the risk level is exceeded, you will receive a notification asking you to replace your wallet.
- There will be a 1-day hold on the balance before the first withdrawal to a crypto wallet.
- In case your customer has a contract with EasyStaff UAB, you must undergo residential address verification.

Why are some payout methods unavailable?
If certain payout methods are inactive for a specific currency on the Payout details tab, there are two possible explanations:
- Contract restrictions: Our contract with the customer does not provide for payouts to your jurisdiction.
- Customer settings: This payout method has been disabled by the customer.
