To receive your funds, fill in your payout information. Use the instructions below or watch our video guides for USD and EUR.
By default, two currencies are added to your profile under the My Profile tab.
Important notice
- Please make sure that the details in your EasyStaff Payroll profile match those of the account owner specified for receiving payments.
- Each crypto wallet address, PayPal or bank account can only be linked to one user within the service.
- The withdrawal currency must match the currency of the task assigned to you.
If these conditions are not met, the payment may be declined.
In the Payout details section, you can specify a primary (Main) and backup (Secondary) withdrawal method in the currency in which you will receive payments. If the payout to the primary method (Main) fails, we reserve the right to send it to the backup method (Secondary).
Click Edit, specify Payout method and fill in the fields that open.
Please note:
You will be able to add payment details after your profile is linked to the company. If, when adding a payout method in the Payout details section, you see the following notification, please provide the customer with the email address you used to register for the EasyStaff Payroll service.

Withdrawal methods in USD (usdt)
Payment to a checking account (SWIFT):
Account number – account number or IBAN
SWIFT – SWIFT code of the recipient’s bank
Intermediary Bank SWIFT – SWIFT code of the correspondent bank
Your full name – the account holder’s full name
Payment to a checking account to USA (ACH/Wire):
Account number – account number or IBAN
Routing number – bank routing number
Your full name – the account holder’s full name
Payment to PayPal:
PayPal account – the email linked to your PayPal
Payment to a bank card (Card MC/VISA):
Card number – a Visa or MasterCard (except Belarus) bank card number
Payment to a USDC/USDT ERC-20 crypto wallet (CryptoCurrency):
Crypto wallet – the wallet address
Crypto exchange name – crypto exchange name
- For non-custodial wallets, enter the wallet name
- If you don’t know the name, you can enter a dash or write “cold wallet”
IMPORTANT NOTICE:
- Before processing your payment, the finance department will check your wallet in the system for compliance with security standards. If the risk level is exceeded, you will receive a notification asking you to replace your wallet.
- There will be a 1-day hold on the balance before the first withdrawal to a crypto wallet.
- In case your customer has a contract with EasyStaff UAB, you must undergo residential address verification.

Why are some payout methods unavailable?
If certain payout methods are inactive for a specific currency on the Payout details tab, there are two possible explanations:
- Contract restrictions: Our contract with the customer does not provide for payouts to your jurisdiction.
- Customer settings: This payout method has been disabled by the customer.

FAQ
You should select your payout method in the same currency that the client will use to create the task.
Before filling in Payout details, please confirm the task currency with your client and choose the corresponding payout currency.
If the task currency and your payout currency do not match, we won’t be able to send the funds to your selected payout method.
No, you can’t. Payouts to third-party details are not allowed.
The payment details must belong to the account owner, and the name must match your EasyStaff Payroll profile. All payout methods (bank accounts, cards, PayPal, and crypto wallets) must be registered in your name.
The same wallet address, PayPal account, card number, or bank account can only be used by one user.
First, make sure that the client has added you to the service as a freelancer and that you are logged in with the same email used for the invitation.
If payout methods are inactive or unavailable in the Payout details section, contact support via website chat or email support@easystaff.io
Crypto payouts are available only in USDT/USDC ERC-20.
- The wallet address must be entered in full and must start with “0”
- In Crypto exchange name, specify the name of the exchange
- For non-custodial wallets, enter the wallet name
- If you don’t know the name, you can enter a dash (–) or write “cold wallet”
The wallet undergoes internal verification before payment. If it does not meet system requirements, support will ask you to provide a different one.
