If you are a freelancer and plan to receive payment from your client via the EasyStaff Payroll service, please share your email address with the client and ask them to add you as a freelancer in their account under Freelancers → Invite. Then, follow the personal link in the invitation email, complete the registration form, and confirm your email address.

To withdraw funds received from our legal entity EasyStaff UAB*, you must complete mandatory profile verification .
*Freelancers receive payments from EasyStaff UAB when their client has an agreement with our company, EasyStaff UAB.
What to do if the invitation from the client was not received?
If, for any reason, you did not receive the invitation email from the client, you can register in EasyStaff Payroll manually using the link— click Sign up and select the role I am a Contractor. Then fill out the registration form and confirm your email address.
Then ask the client to check that they have added the same email address under the Freelancers tab.
After that, complete your profile information in your personal account.

FILLING OUT THE PROFILE

PLEASE NOTE
- To receive payment it is important to fill in all fields in the opened window correctly. Please make sure that your profile data in EasyStaff Payroll matches the data of the owner of the details specified to receive payment. Your data will be saved on the My profile tab.
- If any of the fields are filled out incorrectly, the payment will not be sent until the data is changed. We will request the change of data in the email notification.
FILLING OUT THE PROFILE

If you plan to receive payments as a sole proprietorship or a legal entity, please fill in all information on the sole proprietorship or your company respectively. Please enter the name of the sole proprietor or legal entity in Your name and Your surname, separating the name so that both fields are filled in.

To receive payments as an individual, complete the fields as follows:
Your name — your given name
Your surname — your family name
Birth date — your birth date
Phone — phone number
Country — select your country of residence from the drop-down list
City — city of residence

Address — full address (be sure to include street and house number)
ZIP code — postal code

Check the “Accept the Offer Agreement” box. You can read the text of the agreement by clicking here.

The offer agreement will be available in your personal profile under the My Profile tab after the client has created the first task for you. To download it, click on the “Signed” label.

- If you need to make changes to an already created profile or receive a contract signed by both parties, please send a message via the online chat on our website or email support@easystaff.io.
- To accept a task from your customer, add withdrawal details in the Payout details section after filling out your profile.
