How to receive your first payment

Payment processing schedule:
Payments are processed Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 19:00 (UTC+3).

Support working hours:
Our support team is available every day from 9:00 to 21:00 (UTC+3).

HOW TO RECEIVE A PAYMENT

1. Register using the link from the customer’s invitation email and fill out your profile in the My profile tab.

2. Enter your payment details in the My Profile → Payout Details section. The payment details must belong to the profile owner.

3. In the Tasks tab, you will find the task created by the customer. Please upload the work result within the task and send it back to the customer by clicking the Send to customer button.

4. Once the task status changes to Accepted, the payment will be processed within 1-3 business days. You do not need to request the withdrawal manually.

5. You can download the supporting documents: the invoice in Operations → Income and your contract in My Profile → Offer. The contract is generated after the client has created the first task for you.

    Hello, I live in Russia, I already had successful money withdrawals before, but now it says I have to verify my residential address to get a payout.

    In the email I got on receiving money, it says:
    “We will process a payout of XXX RUB within 3 business days using the payment details you provided in your profile. No need to request a payout.”

    Is address verification required for a withdraw or no?

      Hi! Thanks for reaching out. Verification is required if the client has a contract with the Lithuanian legal entity.

    I uploaded the task, but the payment has not been credited for more than 5 days.

      Good afternoon!
      The funds have been successfully withdrawn to the details you provided.

      We process all payouts automatically in the order received within 1–3 business days after the customer accepts the task (task status changes to Accepted).

      Payouts are made Monday to Friday, from 10:00 to 19:00 (UTC+3).

      If payment has not arrived within 3 business days, please check your email. It is possible that additional information is required to complete the payout, and we may have already sent a request from support@easystaff.io

    Hello! My account needs a verification, but i can proof my living address only with my passport . but I haven’t diesel field in suggested verification options. could I choose some of this documents and download my passport information with a residence permit?

  4. Hi! I want to make a payment request, but I can not fill in my bank card. I have an iDeal and a mastercard/visa account. The website does not offer iDeal, and it says my mastercard/visa is not available for payments received from my customer. Now I don’t know what to do anymore. Is there any way you could help me?
