01. Share your email address with your freelancer or get an invitation link

After your freelancer sends an invitation to your email, you will receive a letter that includes an invitation link. Follow the link to proceed to the next step

02. Fill out the form and become a customer

Please note: you must provide your real name and surname as written on your bank card or in your ID. We need your real data so that we are able to process the transaction

03. Confirm your email

If you do not see the confirmation letter, please check the Spam folder.
If you did not receive the confirmation letter, please return to the previous step and click on the Send email again button

04. Authorization is complete

Now you can proceed with the payment or discover new specialists on EasyStaff Connect freelancers board.
You will also be asked to fill out a short questionnaire so that we can better understand your needs

Your freelancer will send an invoice to your email.
Open the email and click on the attachment

01. Payment

To complete the payment, provide the following information:
Email – your email address
Card information – number of your card
Name on card – your real name and surname as written on your bank card or in your ID
Country or region – country of the cardholder

Things to notice:

  1. There is a limit on the number of daily transfers from one bank card — no more than 3 transfers per day
  2. You can pay from 10 EUR/USD to 3000 EUR/USD in one payment
  3. You do not pay the service fee as a customer
  4. Your freelancer pays an extra fee if you make a card payment:
  • 3.25% for payments made by card in EUR
  • 5.25% for payments made by card in USD
