I kindly ask you to provide a status update on the top-up of the account. The bank transfer was done on 28th November and I sent a bank payment confirmation yesterday. However, the amount has still not been credited the account and no reply given from the support.

Мы отправляем все выплаты в порядке очереди в течение 1-3-х рабочих дней:
-при автоматическом режиме вывода — после того, как задача получает статус Accepted.
-при ручном режиме вывода — после нажатия кнопки Withdraw на вкладке My profile.
Выплаты осуществляются с понедельника по пятницу с 10.00 до 19.00 (UTC+3).
Если оплата не поступает более 3-х рабочих дней, пожалуйста, проверьте ваш email, возможно, для совершения оплаты потребовались дополнительные данные, и мы уже направили запрос с почты support@easystaff.io
