Hello, I am currently going through the verification process on EasyStaff.
I have a question regarding invoicing. My client is Spanish company, however, I would like to clarify whether I will be issuing invoices to your company (EasyStaff), rather than directly to Spanish company.
The reason is that company is registered in Spain, and I currently hold a Digital Nomad visa in Spain. Under the terms of my visa, I am not allowed to work as a freelancer for a Spanish-registered company. Therefore, I need to ensure that invoicing is done correctly in compliance with my visa conditions. Could you please confirm whether I should invoice EasyStaff instead of Spanish company?
