EasyStaff Payroll offers different pricing plans depending on the payout amount per task, how you top up your balance, the withdrawal method, and turnover. The service fee is paid by the customer and is automatically added to the amount the freelancer receives.
*For some freelancer withdrawal methods, an additional fee may be charged, which you can choose to cover yourself.
After registering a company in the service, the default tariff is FIX.

39 EUR / 42 USD for withdrawing funds to PayPal, a bank account (except for Russia and Belarus)
42 USD + 1% for withdrawing funds to a crypto wallet
39 EUR / 42 USD + 3% for withdrawing funds to a bank card
*On the tariff FIX, unlike tariffs in %, the amount of the commission depends on the recipient’s withdrawal method. You can manage the fee — to do this, limit the payout methods available to your contractors after company profile creation.

3%, if your monthly turnover exceeds 100 000 EUR/USD
4%, if your monthly turnover is between 50 000 and 100 000 EUR/USD
5%, if your monthly turnover is less than 50 000 EUR/USD

HOW TO COVER WITHDRAWAL FEES FOR FREELANCERS
Cover Fee — you can choose to cover the withdrawal fee for freelancers.
- The fee is charged additionally when paying for each task.
- The amount depends on the freelancer’s withdrawal method.
- This feature applies to all tasks and all freelancers — it cannot be enabled selectively.
- If the option no longer suits you, we will disable Cover Fee upon request.
You can enable Cover Fee through your manager or by emailing hi@easystaff.io — after the company profile has been created.
