Your customer can create a recurring payout for you. Information about it will be located on the Recurring tasks tab.

Task Statuses
Sent — the recurring task has been created and sent to the contractor for confirmation.
Active — the task has been confirmed by the contractor and is now active.
Canceled by customer — the task has been canceled by the customer.
Canceled by freelancer — the task has been canceled by the contractor.
Suspended — an error has occurred. The last payment failed, and all subsequent payouts have been suspended.
Completed — the recurring task is completed.
How to confirm a recurring task?

Go to the Recurring tasks tab, the available recurring task will be displayed with the Sent status.

Check the task details:
The left side displays the next payout task’s creation date (Next payment), the amount to be credited to your balance, and the payout interval.

The right side displays the service category (as it will appear in your supporting documents), the client company name, the task creation interval (Payment frequency), the end date (End date), and the payment amount (Amount).

If the terms are correct, click Accept contract to confirm.

If you do not agree with the terms, click Cancel to decline the recurring task. The status will then change to Canceled by freelancer, allowing the customer to edit the details and resend it to you.
How to receive a payout?


The payout will be processed within 1–3 business days, depending on the selected mode (manual or automatic). Please ensure that your contractor’s profile is filled out correctly and that payout details in the appropriate currency are specified in the Payout details section.

Inside the task, the Recent payments field displays the last three payouts made to the freelancer.
Actions within a recurring task according to its status


If you want to stop recurring payments before the deadline, click Cancel inside the recurring task with the Active status. The status will change to Canceled by freelancer.

Cancel — you can cancel the task while it is in the Sent, Active, or Suspended status. After cancellation, the task status will change to Canceled by freelancer.

Delete — you can delete the task when it is in the Canceled by customer, Canceled by freelancer, or Completed status.

What should you do if the task has the Suspended status?

A change of the recurring task status to Suspended indicates an error. The most recent payment was not processed, and subsequent payouts have been suspended.
