By registering with EasyStaff Connect, you automatically agree to the terms and rules listed below. To successfully work with our service, please read the information in this section carefully.

Transfer Fees

This article describes the fees for freelancers. Please note that the customer pays a 3% DAO Benefit Fee. This fee does not go to EasyStaff Connect. All collected funds are redistributed among the token holders.

The EasyStaff Connect fee consists of two parts

Timeframes

How long does it take to receive funds:

  • If task is paid via bank account details — from 3 to 5 business days from the payment date
  • If task is paid by bank card — from a few minutes to 3 hours from the moment of payment

Please note: when a payment is made using the Hire button, the funds are credited to the freelancer’s balance only after the customer approves the task results.

How long does it take to withdraw funds: within 3 business days after creating a withdrawal request

The deadlines have passed, but the payment has not been received?

Please request a payment confirmation document from your client and send it to our email help@easystaff.io. The document should contain the following details: beneficiary, sender, amount, and date of payment. This way, we can identify the reasons for the delay in your payment and expedite the crediting process!

*Per 1 bank card payment. There is a limit – no more than 3 transfers from one bank card/business card per day

Rules

Freelancer should know

The following actions are prohibited on EasyStaff Connect:
– making transfers between your own accounts
– making personal transfers

Such activities may result in the permanent blocking of your account.
Fast payments made by “Pay” button are being held for 3 full days before the amount becomes available for withdrawal. To get rid of the hold, get the Trusted status!
Please, contact our support team in case of any disputes and do not request a refund through other systems. If, after paying by card, the customer requests a refund through any third-party provider, all service fees and charges related to the dispute shall be borne by the freelancer.

Status Trusted

Privileges of Trusted status:

– when paying for a task, payments made by bank card will not be held for 3 days
– you will be able to withdraw in cryptocurrency
– your new customers will be able to use Fast payment by bank card
How to get Trusted:
You must not have had a single chargeback in the last 4 months.
You must fulfill any 2 of the points below:
– receive payment from 3 or more different clients
– receive 20 or more payments
– the amount of payments for the entire period of service use must be more than 3000 EUR/USD

You can track parameters for receiving Trusted on the Home screen of your personal account in the banner “Get TRUSTED now for more benefits”

Your customer should know

Customer = the sender of the payment, the payment will be rejected if the customer data in the task differs from the data of the real payer.
The payment may be returned to the sender if:

– the details when making the payment were entered incorrectly;
– the customer’s information in the task does not correspond to the information of the actual payer;
– the amount received is less than expected on the task and the freelancer refuses to receive it;
– our security system identifies the transaction as fraudulent

We reserve a right to

At any time request the result of the service provided to confirm the transaction.
Request you to provide information about the customer to confirm the legitimacy of the transaction.
Refuse service if there is a high risk of fraudulent transactions.
