Fees
The service provider and the recipient of the funds covers these fees. You only pay the amount specified in the invoice. As a customer, you do not need to sign up for EasyStaff Invoice.
The service fee is:
- 6% basic fee (for payments made via bank details or for withdrawing from stocks)
- 9.25% (6% basic fee + 3.25% for credit card payment)
- 11.25% (6% basic fee + 3.25% for credit card payment + 2% for displaying the amount in USD in the payment window)
The withdrawal method-dependent fee is:
- Card MC/VISA — 1,5% + € 0.5/$ 0.5
- SEPA — 0%
- SWIFT — € 15.00/$ 15.00
- USDT (TRC-20) — 2% + € 5.00/$ 5.00
- USDT (ERC-20) — 2% + € 15.00/$ 15.00

Additionally, there are three options when making SWIFT transfers:
- OUR — all fees are paid by the sender
- SHA — the sender pays their bank’s fee, and the recipient pays the correspondent bank’s fee
- BEN — the recipient pays all fees
You can also agree with the payee in advance and take on all transfer fees over (select the OUR option) — in this case, your freelancer will receive the exact amount according to the invoice.
Timeframes
- Funds are credited to the service when paying an invoice via bank account details: from 3 to 5 business days from the date of invoice payment
- Funds are credited to the service when paying an invoice via the payment link: within 1 business day from the date of invoice payment
- Withdrawal of funds from the service: within 3 business days from the date of the withdrawal request
Amount limits
For Legal Entities:
- Any amount from 10 to 3 000 EUR/USD per invoice for payment by a bank business card. Multiple invoices can be created to receive a larger sum, but there is a limit on the number of transfers from one bank business card — no more than 3 transfers per day
- Any amount starting from 10 EUR/USD for payment via bank details
For Individuals:
- Any amount from 10 to 3 000 EUR/USD per invoice for payment by a bank card. Multiple invoices can be created to receive a larger sum, but there is a limit on the number of transfers from one bank card — no more than 3 transfers per day
- Any amount from 1 000 EUR/USD for payment via bank details

Please, contact our support team in case of any disputes and do not request a refund through other systems. If, after paying by card, the customer requests a refund through any third-party provider, all service fees and charges related to the dispute shall be borne by the freelancer.
