Withdrawal

Make sure your payout details have been entered correctly.

Automatic mode: The payout will be sent to your designated withdrawal details within 1–3 business days after the task reaches Accepted status.

Manual mode: Your payments will stay on your balance, allowing you to withdraw the entire sum later. Once you request a payout, it will be sent to your withdrawal details within 1–3 business days.

AUTOMATIC WITHDRAWAL MODE

Automatic withdrawal mode is enabled by default.


If the toggle on the My profile tab is set to Automatic mode enabled, payouts will be sent automatically to your selected withdrawal method. First to Main; if the attempt fails, then to Secondary.

After the task status changes to Accepted, funds will be automatically sent to your selected withdrawal method within 1–3 business days.

Please note:

  • If the payout is not sent within 1–3 business days (and your balance is not empty), this means there was an issue withdrawing the funds to the payout details you provided. We have sent a notification to your email (from support@easystaff.io) and to your account notifications.
  • If you do not respond within 30 days, the payment will be canceled and the funds will be returned to the customer’s balance.

MANUAL WITHDRAWAL MODE

You can keep funds in your balance and request withdrawals manually.

On the My profile tab, switch the toggle from Automatic mode enabled to Manual mode enabled.

Once manual mode is enabled, funds are no longer withdrawn automatically. Even if a task is accepted, the money will remain in your balance until you request a withdrawal on the My profile tab.

On the My profile tab, click the Withdraw button.

Select your withdrawal method (Main or Secondary) and the currency.

If you have a balance in multiple currencies, withdrawals for each currency must be requested separately. You can only request a withdrawal in one currency at a time.

Click Withdraw to submit your withdrawal request.

In manual withdrawal mode, you can only withdraw your entire balance in the selected currency. Partial withdrawals are not available.

After you submit a request, its status changes to Pending.

While a withdrawal request is active:

  • you cannot create a second withdrawal request;
  • you cannot switch between Manual and Automatic modes.

Funds are withdrawn within 1–3 business days after the withdrawal request is created.

WHY DIDN’T I RECEIVE THE PAYMENT

All payments are sent within 3 business days between 9:00 AM and 7:00 PM (UTC+3).

For automatic withdrawals — after the task status changes to Accepted.
For manual withdrawals — after clicking the Withdraw button on the My profile tab.

If you haven’t received the payment within 3 business days, please check your email. Most likely, our support specialists have already sent the information to your email address.

The reasons for the delay may be as follows:

  • the profile on the My profile tab is filled in incorrectly
  • payment details are not specified on the My profile -> Payout details tab
  • the specified withdrawal details do not match the data in My profile tab
  • there was a question or issue related to payment details
  • you need to complete your profile verification
