How to withdraw funds
Go to the Settings -> Payout details section, select a withdrawal method and fill in the required data
Go to the Home section and request a payout by clicking the Withdraw button
In the request window, there will be indicated:
- The current payout method
- The payout commission
- Fields for choosing a currency and the amount of the payout
Click Confirm to create a payout request. - According to the regulations, processing a payout request takes up to 3 business days.

Partial withdrawal
In EasyStaff Invoice you can make a partial withdrawal
The minimum amount for partial withdrawal is 100 EUR/USD
The additional commission for this service is 1 EUR/USD (depending on the withdrawal currency)
With a simultaneous partial withdrawal of both EUR and USD balances, the total fee for partial withdrawal will be 1 EUR and 1 USD
The partial withdrawal window will appear after clicking the Withdraw button
Make sure that the selected withdrawal method is correct
Select the amount for partial withdrawal, agree to an additional commission
1 EUR/USD and request withdrawal
Withdrawal time and holding
It takes us from 1 to 3 business days to withdraw funds, after a withdrawal request is created. The service must check and process the withdrawal request.
Until execution, the request is in Pending status
Holding – payments made by bank card are frozen for 3 full business days before the amount becomes available for withdrawal. Each new funding updates the hold period. The defrosting date is indicated above the balance
