Bulk upload of tasks
01
To bulk upload tasks, copy the template into a Google Sheet, fill out all the fields, and download the CSV file.
When filling out the file, please note that the delimiter is a dot “.” – use this sign to separate cents and pennies, do not separate thousands.
Select the currency in a separate column to indicate currencies, do not enter it in the amount column.

Filling example: 1234.24 EUR
02
Go to the Tasks → Bulk load tab. Select a company and upload a task file in CSV format

*button in the upper right corner of the screen
If all icons are green, click Upload now to upload the file.
If some icons are gray, then select a value next to the dropdown that matches the name of the column in your CSV file. When all icons turn green, the Upload now button will become active.
Verifying the file may take several minutes

03
After checking the file, if you see the notification Several errors were found, this means that errors were found in some fields. For example, the freelancer’s email or the task amount were entered in an incorrect format. Click the View more details button and correct errors

04
If there are no errors/they have been resolved, you will see a tab with tasks. You will be able to edit or delete them. If everything is fine with the tasks, click Upload all tasks.
It may take several minutes for tasks to load. All uploaded tasks will appear on the Tasks tab:

Error status
What should I do if the task status is Error?
If, after clicking the Accept button, the task status changes to Error instead of Accepted, you can open the task and check the explanation at its bottom.

One of the most common reasons is an insufficient balance in the task’s currency at the moment of acceptance. In this case, you’ll see a message like the one shown at the bottom of the screenshot. To resolve the issue, please top up your company’s balance or convert the amount into the required currency and click the Re-accept button.
If the error is caused by something else or you have any questions, feel free to contact our support team via the online chat on our website or by email at support@easystaff.io.
