Less Manual Work: Now with Recurring Tasks
Recurring tasks are now available in EasyStaff Payroll. This feature is designed for companies that regularly send the same amount to the same contractor on a fixed schedule.
Why you’ll love this feature
For example, if you work with a freelancer on a five-month project and already know the monthly payment amount, you used to create the same task from scratch every month. Now you can set it up once. After the contractor confirms it, future tasks are created automatically, and all you need to do is top up your balance before the scheduled payment date.
Key details at a glance
Payments are sent within 1–3 business days after the scheduled date. There are no additional costs, and supporting documents remain unchanged.
This makes recurring payouts easier to manage and reduces the amount of repeated manual work for your team.
How it works:
- Go to the Recurring tasks tab and click Add new recurring task.
- Schedule your recurring task and wait for your contractor to confirm.
- Once confirmed, future tasks will be created with the status Accepted.
