  • What documents do I get when working with EasyStaff Payroll?

    We provide a contract for a company and a service agreement for freelancers. Additionally, you can access funding invoices, tax invoices, and reconciliation acts through your EasyStaff account.

  • What tax status should freelancers have?

    We can make payments to individual contractors and self-employed freelancers.

  • What is the service fee?

    The fee for customers starts at 4% or 39 EUR for each task. Use the calculator above to understand your commission. Reach out to hi@easystaff.io or leave a request in the website chat so that we can calculate the commission for you. For freelancers, there is no fee.

  • How soon do contractors get paid?

    As soon as the customer accepts the freelancer’s task, the payment is sent. Delivery period is within 3 business days.

  • How much time does it take to onboard?

    Onboarding is fast. You can start making payments the same day you sign up.

  • How can companies top up the balance? How can freelancers withdraw the money?

    Companies can use bank cards (MasterCard/Visa), SEPA/SWIFT/WIRE transfer or crypto as a top-up method.
