Challenge
As a legal entity, Kidults is registered in Estonia, while some of their regular freelancers live in different European countries. As a result, payments Kidults make to their remote talent are taxed twice — first in Estonia, then in other countries, such as Spain. CFO Roman was looking for ways to reduce costs and turned his attention to EasyStaff Payroll: he was already familiar with the service and knew its founders.
Result
Kidults has been working with EasyStaff for 9 months. So far, the agency has optimized payments and has saved up to €3,000 euros per month on payroll costs which far exceeds the service commission. Work with individual contractors and permanent employees is regulated by a single B2B contract with EasyStaff Payroll. Kidults works with the platform as a European legal entity under reverse VAT conditions. Thanks to reverse VAT charging, the tax is no longer applicable to Kidults’ operations.
CFO Roman also notes that the service completely resolved the document management issue. Now closing documents are generated automatically, in compliance with local accounting regulations.
