The international platform for managing remote teams and payments EasyStaff has completed its global rebranding. Now the ecosystem includes EasyStaff Payroll, EasyStaff Invoice, and EasyStaff Connect.
Over the past seven years, the platform has helped transfer millions of euros and served more than 35,000 specialists worldwide. Companies from over 50 countries have entrusted EasyStaff with payments to employees and freelancers.

The decision to rebrand was a logical step in response to the company’s growth and global ambitions. For several years, three separate products have evolved within the ecosystem of EasyStaff. Although their interfaces remain independent of each other, they are now united under a single brand and a common concept:
- EasyStaff Payroll is the international platform for managing remote employees and freelancers and enabling transparent and secure payments. It ensures payments with minimal risks, low fees, and a wide range of payment methods, including cards, PayPal, and cryptocurrency.
- EasyStaff Invoice (formerly EasyStart) is the invoicing service that allows freelancers to easily and legally receive payments from clients worldwide.
- EasyStaff Connect (formerly EasyBusy) is the freelance marketplace with a full hiring cycle: from convenient search for performers to transparent and fast payment processes.
Uniting the three solutions under a single brand is the result of close collaboration with clients and experts. Research has shown that businesses are concerned about bureaucracy, legal errors, and potential risks when hiring internationally. The new strategy of EasyStaff is focused on eliminating these concerns and educating clients on global team building.
The new visual style reflects the brightness and uniqueness of each product through individual color palettes, united by the image of the Northern Lights—an occurrence where many shades harmoniously blend into a single impressive effect. The logo now includes a figure of a person, symbolizing our commitment to a human-centered approach and our desire to eliminate any barriers and concerns for specialists and clients worldwide, highlighting our mission: “To remove legislative obstacles and improve the way employees and companies connect, allowing businesses to function with optimal efficiency and freedom”.
