Please note that if your contractor receives payment in cryptocurrency, then you need to create tasks in USD currency.

If the contractor receives payment to a bank card issued by a Russian bank, then it is necessary to create tasks in RUB currency.

If you have topped up your balance in another currency, then create a conversion request on the Currency Exchange tab:

• click the New exchange button and select the type of operation;

• if you want to sell a certain amount, then choose the FixSell type. If you want to buy a certain amount, then choose the FixBuy type;
• specify the currency you wish to sell in the line I want to sell;

• specify the currency you wish to buy in the line I want to buy;

• enter the purchase/sale amount in the Amount to buy/Amount to sell line.

For sales exceeding 10,000 EUR/USD to purchase RUB, or for purchases exceeding 1,000,000 RUB, the "rate approval" applies. This means that after creating the exchange operation, the finance department will set the rate at which the exchange will be made, and you will receive a notification via email and in the service's personal account. Go to the Currency Exchange tab, click the Check Rate button in the request, and in the popup window, click the Approve Exchange button to exchange at the given rate. Click the Cancel Exchange button to cancel the exchange request.
If no action is taken on the request after the rate is set, it will be automatically canceled at 11:59 PM UTC +3. You can create a new request at any time.

The conversion is carried out by the finance department from Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. UTC+3.

Currency exchange RUB -> EUR/USD/UAH or EUR->USD/USD->EUR is based on the Revolut bank rates: https://www.revolut.com/currency-converter

Currency conversion USD/EUR -> RUB is carried out at EasyStaff's internal rate, which is the actual rate of purchasing RUB by EasyStaff UAB from our transaction processing partner. The exchange rate is indicated on the Currency Exchange tab in the Currency Rates section. Please note that the currency conversion rate will reset at 23:59 UTC+3 and will be updated on the next business day from Monday to Friday. You can submit a conversion request at any time, and it will be processed when the rate is established.
